I love being fully present in the moment with my clients and helping them do the same. It’s about switching off from everything else, focusing on your movement, feeling strong in your body, and showing up as your best self in that moment. I love creating that space where people can really connect with themselves.
2. How would you describe your teaching style in three words?
Intentional. Empowering. Personal
3. What can clients expect from your classes?
A welcoming, feel-good environment for every level. My classes are all about helping you get the most out of your movement in a way that works for your body. I’ll challenge you, support you, and guide you to move with purpose so you feel strong, confident, and connected. I want you to leave feeling good, but also with things you can take into your everyday life
