Terms & Conditions

1. Booking and Payment

  • 1.1. All classes, private sessions, and workshops must be booked in advance through our online booking system, via phone, or in-person at the studio.

  • 1.2. Payment is required at the time of booking unless a separate arrangement has been agreed upon in writing.

  • 1.3. We accept card payments, cash, or online transfers.

2. Cancellations and Refunds

  • 2.1. Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled class or session.

  • 2.2. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before a session may incur a full session fee.

  • 2.3. Refunds are not available for missed classes, late arrivals, or no-shows.

  • 2.4. Credit may be offered at the discretion of the studio for exceptional circumstances (e.g., illness with proof).

3. Class Etiquette and Safety

  • 3.1. Clients must arrive on time; late arrivals may not be permitted to join for safety reasons.

  • 3.2. Clients must have grippy socks or may be denied participation. Socks may be available for purchase in the studio if you have forgotten.

  • 3.3. Clients are responsible for informing the instructor of any injuries, medical conditions, or pregnancy prior to participating in classes.

  • 3.4. The studio reserves the right to refuse participation to anyone deemed at risk of injury or disruption.

4. Liability

  • 4.1. Participation in Pilates classes carries inherent physical risks. Clients participate at their own risk.

  • 4.2. The studio and its instructors are not liable for any injuries, accidents, or loss of personal property, except where caused by the studio's negligence.

  • 4.3. It is recommended that clients seek medical advice before beginning any new exercise program.

5. Class Packages and Memberships

  • 5.1. Class packages are non-transferable and must be used within the specified validity period.

  • 5.2. Memberships and class packs are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, except at the discretion of the studio.

  • 5.3. Lost or forgotten sessions cannot be replaced.

6. Studio Policies

  • 6.1. The studio may update schedules, class times, and instructors. Every effort will be made to provide notice of changes.

  • 6.2. Personal belongings should be kept in designated areas; the studio is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

  • 6.3. The studio reserves the right to remove clients who violate studio policies or behave inappropriately.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

  • 7.1. Personal information collected during booking will be used solely for class management and communication purposes.

  • 7.2. We do not share client information with third parties without consent.

8. Agreement

  • 8.1. By booking a class or session, clients agree to these Terms & Conditions in full.

  • 8.2. The studio reserves the right to update these terms at any time, with changes communicated via email or posted in the studio.
